Send Sardines In the Post
Get a nice smelly, briny can of sardines. Open them and leave them open for a while.
You want the fishy odour to be bad and assault the nostrils of your target.
Empty the contents, sardine juice and all, into a sturdy envelope.
Address the envelope to your target.
Give the smell more time to develop by sending it second class.
