Solar Powered Electric Tricycle

This pedal-assisted vehicle is not quite a car and not quite a bike. It’s power-assisted from solar panels attached to the roof of the vehicle.

Made by the French start-up company Wello it has a top speed of twenty-five miles per hour and can be driven without the need for a driving license due to the fact that it is pedal-assisted.

The Wello Tricycle can connect to the Internet to enable location to be tracked.

It is expected to retail for approximately £7000. With the manufacturers explaining that it will save on fuel costs and be very easy to park.
